This tool removes backgrounds by color, so it works best on images with a solid or simple background, such as product photos, logos, signatures and scans. For busy or complex backgrounds, raise the tolerance and clean up the rest with the Erase and Restore brushes. Large images are resized to a maximum of 1600 pixels on the longest side to keep things fast.
